I know how exciting is to plan your wedding and how many questions you might have concerning the big day. That’s why I have prepared a list of questions that are often asked to a destination wedding photographer like me. If you don ‘t find the answer you are looking for, you can write to me and I’ll be pleased to reply within a few hours.
Where are you based?
I share my life between Tuscany and South France, but I love traveling worldwide to capture unique moments of magic weddings. If you are planning to have photos in one of these 2 places, there is not any extra for travel expenses.
What is your pricing?
Over the years I have learned that each wedding day is unique. For this reason I customize my collection according to your preferences, duration of services, and options. That said, the average cost of my wedding’ collections is 5500 € which includes a second photographer and high resolution digital files.
How many images will we get?
It depends on the size of your wedding and the duration of our services. On average between 500 and 1000 images for 10 hours service.
When do we receive the photos after the wedding?
Within 4 weeks after the wedding you will receive all the pictures taken, in high resolution, uploaded to a private online gallery. In addition you can ask for a selection of 100 pictures after 72 hours from the wedding.
If your service also includes the creation of a Fine Art Album, you will receive it five weeks after the final selection of the images you have chosen.
What happens if you have a problem
During the last ten years I have never missed a wedding: I take care of each single detail and do my best to prevent any issue. Of course, if something that I really have no control over and can’t avoid should happen, I can rely on my network of professional photographers I have been working with for many years. Either way, you get your wedding photos.
How many destination wedding photographers should I book?
At least two ! Four eyes are better than two and this allows us to sublimate each single detail. I recommend a third photographer for weddings with more than 150 guests. That said, because each wedding is unique, we can define this together according to your wishes.
Do you offer engagement sessions, or multi day services?
Sure. To work together before the wedding helps to build a trusting relationship and makes you feel more comfortable in front of my lens. Moreover, if required, a photography service made along two or three days enriches the entire performance with different atmospheres.
What happens if it rains?
I propose two options
1 – Embrace the rain: it can make for stunning pictures
2 – Discuss about alternatives with me and your event planner. It is always better to have a plan B
Do you have experience in Indian, Jewish, Chinese … weddings?
